dictionary.isempty
dictionary: tf = isempty (d)
Return false: a dictionary is never an empty array.
tf = isempty (d) is false even for a
dictionary with no entries, since the object itself is a scalar; test
numEntries (d) == 0 for a dictionary with no entries.
