dictionary: sz = size (d)
dictionary: dim_sz = size (d, dim)
dictionary: dim_sz = size (d, d1, d2, …)
dictionary: [rows, cols, …] = size (d)
Return the size of a scalar object.
sz = size (d) is always [1, 1], however many
entries d holds. size (d, dim) returns 1 for
each dimension in dim, a positive integer or a vector of them,
and size (d, d1, d2, …) returns 1 for
each dimension given. With several outputs each takes one dimension.
