isdictionary
datatypes: TF = isdictionary (X)
True if input is a dictionary object, false otherwise.
TF = isdictionary (X) always returns a logical scalar,
for a configured or an unconfigured dictionary alike. MATLAB has no such
function; it is provided as istable and istimeseries are for
their classes.
