istscollection
datatypes: TF = istscollection (X)
True if input is a tscollection object, false otherwise.
TF = istscollection (X) always returns a logical scalar,
irrespective of the size of X, so it is true for an array of
tscollection objects too. MATLAB has no such function; it is provided
as isduration and istimetable are for their classes.
