ts = ldivide (a, b) returns the element-wise quotient of b by a, sample by sample. One of them may be a number: a scalar, or an array the size of one sample.

The rules for two series are given under timeseries.plus, save that DataInfo.Units is dropped, since a product or quotient of units is the unit of neither; MATLAB keeps it where both series have the same.
