ts = mldivide (a, b) returns the matrix left division of b by a, sample by sample; each result keeps the size of one sample. One of them may be a number whose size fits the division with one sample.

The rules for two series are given under timeseries.plus, save that DataInfo.Units is dropped, since a product or quotient of units is the unit of neither; MATLAB keeps it where both series have the same.
