draw.Drawing.region
draw.Drawing: D = region (D, R)
Append a region, drawn as its outline and holes.
D = region (D, R) appends the
geom.Region R. It is drawn as its loops, the outline and
every hole, and kept as one region, so a plate and its bores stay one
entity:
R = geom.Region ([0, 0; 60, 0; 60, 40; 0, 40], ...
{[20, 20, 1; 40, 20, 1]});
D = draw.Drawing ().region (R);

To fill a region as well, use hatch.
A drawing is flat, so R must lie in its xy plane. Its
geom.UCS may have its own origin and x axis there and may
face down: the drawing keeps the same region, re-expressed in its own
coordinates.
