drafting: S = solid.cylinder (R, H, U)

drafting: S = solid.cylinder (…, ’Anchor’, A)

A right circular cylinder.

S = solid.cylinder (R, H) returns a solid.Shape of radius R and height H millimetres, its axis along the positive z axis and the centre of its base at the origin. Its curved side is a true cylinder, so a hole cut with it is exactly round.

S = solid.cylinder (R, H, U) places the cylinder in the geom.UCS U, its axis along the normal of U and the centre of its base on the origin of U.

The option 'Anchor' chooses the point of the cylinder that lands on the origin, of U or of the world when U is left out: 'base', the centre of its base, the default, or 'centroid', the point on its axis half way up, its centre of mass.
